I have been working in daycare management for 5 years now, which has allowed me to develop solid expertise in team coordination, educational activity planning, as well as in the daily organization of daycare settings. I have also completed studies in early childhood education, which allows me to fully understand the needs of children. In addition, I have pursued training in human resources management, allowing me to apply effective practices in leadership and team management.

I am a responsive and versatile educator, ready to intervene within different groups of the daycare according to the needs of the service. My main role is to ensure the continuity of care, supervision and educational activities in the absence of a regular educator. Thanks to my adaptability and my knowledge of different age groups, I am able to quickly integrate into a team and respond effectively to the needs of the children, while maintaining a safe, warm and stimulating environment.
